ENTRY HATCHES
Main Companionway
The main entry to Moby Boat is through the a hatch in the cockpit.
- The hatch slides back to provide easy access.
- Four boards slide into place to totally seal the entrance. The hatch may be locked from the outside to prevent access when away from the boat.
- For ventilation when away from the boat, a screen section can replace the top board.
- A full screen insert provides ventilation when on the boat.
- A plexiglass insert provides light inside during windy, cold and/or rainy conditions.
Front Hatch
The front hatch is above the front bunk. It may be fully closed, but may be opened to any height to allow access (fully open) or ventilation at lower heights.
